Time to get cryptic...
Sometimes life throws you curveballs, and as many times as you've thought to yourself "it can't happen to me", it can...and it might. But maybe these hitches are meant to slow us down. Tripping and falling (after you're cleaned up) can be the best thing for you because it makes you slow down and look at the steps you're taking. Maybe fate is trying to tell you that you need to look around a little more.
